出现这个异常，是因为密钥的格式不正确，密钥非 pkcs8 格式。修改命令：

-- 转换私钥
openssl pkcs8 -topk8 -inform PEM -in private.key -outform pem -nocrypt -out pkcs8.pem

二. 在linux系统中生成公钥和秘钥命令

-- 生成私钥
openssl genrsa -out private.pem -f4
-- 生成公钥
openssl rsa -in private.pem -pubout -out public.pem
