在多进程下使用python的logging模块，经常会遇到“另一个程序正在使用此文件，进程无法访问。”的错误。

pip install concurrent-log-handler To use this module from a logging config file, use a handler entry like this:

  file:
    class: concurrent_log_handler.ConcurrentRotatingFileHandler
    level: DEBUG
    formatter: simple
    filename: ./logs/tornado_proj.log
    encoding: utf8
