修改 PDF.js 代码，分两种情况

未编译，修改 app.js 中的这行代码

var HOSTED_VIEWER_ORIGINS = ['null', 'http://mozilla.github.io', 'https://mozilla.github.io'];

已编译，则上面这行代码在 viwer.js 中，并且还需要修改 viewer.js.map 中相应的位置
